How do I pay the fee?
Top up credit by card, for example £60 for 4 jobs. Each accepted job takes £15. Turn on auto top-up so you never miss a job because your balance is low.
What if the customer cancels or it's a fake job?
Claim within 48 hours with a reason and we review it within 2 working days. Approved claims come back as credit.
What checks do I need?
Photo ID, public liability insurance, a basic DBS check (or apply through an umbrella body) and proof of your trading name and address. Then a 10-minute call with us.
Who gets paid for the work?
You do, directly by the customer. We never touch the money for the job.
Do I need an app?
No. Job alerts come by text and everything works in your phone's browser.
